Intruder Alarm Maintenance

Keeping your alarm systems in tip-top condition, our alarm maintenance package provides an in-depth review and repair service, encompassing the following:

  • Checking of alarm history since last maintenance

  • Visual inspection of all detectors and components including cabling and connectors

  • Checking of power supplies and charging rates

  • Checking of battery charge rate

  • Checking of and walk tests on all detectors

  • Checking of all audible and visual warning devices

  • Repair of any faults and make adjustments accordingly (additional costs may apply)

  • Replacement of any defective parts (additional costs may apply)

  • Test and results logging

CCTV System Maintenance

Logging all faults and repairs for posterity, our CCTV maintenance package will ensure your camera system will never let you down. We will:

  • Check the history of CCTV system since last maintenance service

  • Visually inspect CCTV components including Cameras, cabling & connections for signs of deterioration or damage

  • Check all CCTV control equipment (monitors, VCR, DVR, Multiplexer, etc.)

  • Check and clean cameras, lenses and housings where required

  • Check lenses for correct field of view and adjust cameras where required

  • Check recording and playback quality

  • Check transmission of images to remote centres where required

  • Repair or replace any defective parts (additional costs may apply)

  • Run operating system updates
